Restaurant · Drohme Park · Brussels
Halfway between Beirut and Brussels, Lebanese and Euro-Mediterranean cooking set down in the middle of the table — in a listed building, on the edge of the Sonian Forest.

Our story
The Le Pesage building is a remnant of the former Boitsfort Racecourse, where jockeys were weighed before races. Listed and then renovated by the architect Lionel Jadot, it is now home to our restaurant at the heart of Drohme Park, 32 hectares of nature on the edge of the Sonian Forest.
A place steeped in history, sport and nature — without equal in Brussels dining. It is this tension between heritage and generosity that sets the tone of our cooking.
"Generosity without borders — between Beirut, Brussels and the forest."
Our DNA

Lebanese small plates and antipasti, set down in the middle of the table and enjoyed in good company.
Skewers of kafta, taouk, lamb cutlets and whole prawns, seared over charcoal.
A terrace opening onto the golf course and the forest, open air and light filtering through tall trees.
